Abstract
Peptoid compositions targeting RAS proteins and methods of treatment of cancers using these peptoid compositions are described here. Also provided are fatty acid conjugated peptoid compositions that interact with KRAS, HRAS, or NRAS proteins. Certain peptoid compositions inhibit function of a KRAS protein in a cancer cell. The KRAS protein can be a mutant or wild type KRAS protein. The peptoid composition can be administered along with a MEK inhibitor or an ERK inhibitor.
