Abstract

A method for producing composite panel elements, includes providing a binder including a) glass particles, b) at least one slag, and c) an activation system including at least one water-soluble calcium salt and at least one water-soluble alkali metal silicate or alkali metal carbonate compound, providing a fibre component, mixing at least components a) and b) of the binder with a fibre component, forming the mixture into composite panel elements, and adding water to the fibre component or to the mixture or to the composite panel elements, wherein the component c) of the binder is either mixed with the fibre component together with components a) and b) or added together with the water to the fibre component or to the mixture or to the composite panel elements.
