• R is a durometer hardness and represents a median of 10 values measured while a type C durometer is brought in contact with a surface of the resin portion molded on the rim core portion, provided that R is 10 or more and 100 or less;
• and
• G is a durometer hardness and represents a median of 10 values measured while a type C durometer is brought in contact with the surface side of the skin with which the surface of the resin portion molded on the rim core portion is covered, provided that G is 10 or more and 100 or less.
