Abstract
In a stirring blade including: a support rod; and a blade part attached to the support rod and extending so as to have a longitudinal axis in a direction intersecting the length direction of the support rod, the blade part includes two opposite surfaces, the blade part at least partially includes a portion where one surface of the two surfaces is inclined with respect to the other surface, and in said portion, the thickness of the blade part decreases from one side to the other side along the longitudinal axis.

A stirring blade, comprising:
- a support rod;
- and
- a blade part attached to the support rod and extending so as to have a longitudinal axis in a direction intersecting a length direction of the support rod,
- wherein the blade part includes two opposite surfaces, the blade part at least partially includes a portion where one surface of the two surfaces is inclined with respect to the other surface, and in said portion, a thickness of the blade part decreases from one side to the other side along the longitudinal axis.
