Abstract
The present disclosure is related to the use of compositions and their use in reducing pain.

A method of reducing acute migraine pain, photophobia, phonophobia, nausea, or frequency in a subject, the method comprising administering a pharmaceutically effective amount of THC and CBD such that at least one biomarker of central and peripheral sensitization is modulated and acute migraine pain, photophobia, phonophobia, nausea, or frequency is reduced in the subject, wherein the composition comprises 80 w/w % CBD to 99.9 w/w % CBD and 0.1 w/w % THC to 20 w/w % THC.
A method of reducing acute migraine pain, photophobia, phonophobia, nausea, or frequency in a subject, the method comprising administering a pharmaceutically effective amount of THC and CBD such that at least one biomarker of central and peripheral sensitization is modulated and acute migraine pain, photophobia, phonophobia, nausea, or frequency is reduced in the subject, wherein the composition comprises 90 w/w % CBD to 99.9 w/w % CBD and 0.1 w/w % THC to 10 w/w % THC.
The method of claim 15, wherein the subject has chronic migraines.
The method of claim 15, wherein the subject suffers from high frequency migraine.
