Abstract
Combinations of (S)-3-Hydroxy-1-(1H-indol-5-yl)-2-oxo-pyrrolidine-3-carboxylic acid 3,5-difluoro-benzylamide and a VEGFR/VEGF inhibitor, or their physiologically acceptable salts are disclosed. Such combinations are useful for the prophylaxis or treatment of cancer.
Claims4
A method for prophylaxis or treatment of cancer, the method comprising:
- administering to a subject compounds a) and b):
- a) (S)-3-Hydroxy-1-(1H-indol-5-yl)-2-oxo-pyrrolidine-3-carboxylic acid 3,5-difluoro-benzylamide or a physiologically acceptable salt thereof, and
- b) an inhibitor of one or more of VEGFR1, VEGFR2, VEGFR3, and VEGF, or a physiologically acceptable salt thereof,
- wherein the cancer is glioblastoma.
