Systems for connecting an incubator to a patient transport device

A system for connecting an incubator is to a patient transport device, the system comprising:

• an incubator interface having:
• a body having a support surface for supporting the incubator, the body defining a body plane;
• an incubator coupling assembly moveable between a incubator coupled configuration, in which the incubator can be coupled to the body, and an incubator uncoupled configuration, in which the incubator can be removed from the body, the incubator coupling assembly comprising:
• an incubator coupling component for removably coupling the incubator to the body;
• and
• an incubator actuator operably connected to the incubator coupling component for actuating the incubator coupling component to selectively couple the incubator to the body;
• and
• a transport coupling assembly movable between a transport coupled configuration, in which the body of the incubator interface can be coupled to the patient transport device, and a transport uncoupled configuration, in which the body can be removed from the patient transport device, the transport coupling assembly comprising:
• a transport coupling component for removably coupling the body to the patient transport device;
• and
• a transport actuator operably connected to the transport coupling component for actuating the transport coupling unit to selectively couple the body to the patient transport device.
