Abstract
A carbonation sensation imparting or enhancing agent is disclosed. The carbonation sensation contains, as an effective component, a diester compound represented by the following general formula (I): In the formula, R represents a methyl group, an ethyl group, or an isopropyl group, n represents an integer of 1 to 8, and m represents an integer of 0 to 6.
Claims12
A carbonation sensation imparting or enhancing agent comprising, as an effective component, a diester compound represented by the following general formula (I):
- wherein R represents a methyl group, an ethyl group, or an isopropyl group, n represents an integer of 1 to 8, and m represents an integer of 0 to 6.
A method for producing food, drink or oral care product to which fizziness is imparted or whose fizziness is enhanced, the method comprising a step of blending a diester compound in a content of 0.01 ppm to 10000 ppm in food, drink or oral care product, the diester compound being represented by the following general formula (I):
- wherein R represents a methyl group, an ethyl group, or an isopropyl group, n represents an integer of 1 to 8, and m represents an integer of 0 to 6.
A carbonation sensation imparting or enhancing method comprising blending a diester compound as an effective component into food, drink or oral care product, the diester compound being represented by the following general formula (I):
- wherein R represents a methyl group, an ethyl group, or an isopropyl group, n represents an integer of 1 to 8, and m represents an integer of 0 to 6.
