Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a wet food composition for a companion animal having an intestinal disorder including, on a dry matter basis: (a) from about 15% to about 45% by weight of protein; (b) from about 5% to about 25% by weight of fat; (c) from about 6% to about 14% by weight of Total Dietary Fibers (TDF); wherein at least about 50% by weight of the total amount of TDF, on a dry matter basis, originates from psyllium.

A nutritionally complete wet food composition for a companion animal having an intestinal disorder comprising, on a dry matter basis:
- i) from about 15% to about 45% by weight of protein;
- ii) from about 5% to about 25% by weight of fat;
- iii) from about 6% to about 14% by weight of Total Dietary Fibers (TDF);
- wherein at least about 50% by weight of the total amount of TDF, on a dry matter basis, originates from psyllium.
