A preparation method for a solar cell module, comprising:

• providing a first electrode layer;
• forming at least one first separation groove in the first electrode layer, wherein the first separation groove divides the first electrode layer into a plurality of conductive blocks that are not connected to each other;
• forming an active layer on at least one side of the first electrode layer;
• forming at least one second separation groove in the active layer, wherein a bottom surface of the second separation groove is arranged on the first electrode layer, and an opening of the second separation groove is formed in an upper surface of the active layer;
• forming a blocking layer on a side of the active layer facing away from the first electrode layer;
• forming a second electrode layer on a side of the blocking layer facing away from the first electrode layer, wherein the second electrode layer is provided with a longitudinal part extending toward the first electrode layer, the second separation groove is filled with the longitudinal part, and a tail end of the longitudinal part is connected to the first electrode layer at a bottom of the second separation groove;
• and
• forming a third separation groove, wherein an opening of the third separation groove is formed in an upper surface of the second electrode layer, and a bottom surface of the third separation groove is arranged on the first electrode layer;
• wherein the blocking layer comprises an n-type semiconductor oxide.
