Abstract
A drive circuit board includes a circuit layer that includes a drive circuit and a drive electrode that is driven by a voltage applied from the drive circuit. The drive electrode includes a passive film having a first portion that is exposed to the outside on at least part of the surface of the drive electrode.

A drive circuit board comprising:
- a circuit layer that includes a drive circuit;
- and
- a drive electrode that forms layers together with the circuit layer and that is driven by a voltage applied from the drive circuit,
- wherein the drive electrode includes a passive film having a first portion exposed to an outside on at least part of a surface of the drive electrode.

A method for manufacturing a drive circuit board, comprising:
- forming a circuit layer that includes a drive circuit;
- and
- forming a drive electrode that forms layers together with the circuit layer and that is driven by a voltage applied from the drive circuit,
- wherein the forming a drive electrode includes forming a passive film having a first portion exposed to an outside on at least part of a surface of the drive electrode.
