A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a predetermined program configured to run on an operating system (OS),

• wherein the predetermined program causes a processor of a first information processing apparatus including a first operating environment on a first OS running as a host OS and not operational on a guest OS to:
• perform a first acquisition process in the first information processing apparatus by causing the predetermined program to invoke a first application programming interface (first API) in a case where the predetermined program runs in the first operating environment, the first acquisition process being a process of acquiring an Internet Protocol (IP) address assigned to an interface associated with the first OS;
• and
• perform a first transmission process in the first information processing apparatus, the first transmission process including transmitting the IP address acquired by the first acquisition process and a scan job that causes a communication apparatus to perform a scan, and
• wherein the predetermined program causes a processor of a second information processing apparatus including a second operating environment on a second OS running as the host OS and operational on the guest OS to:
• perform a second acquisition process in the second information processing apparatus by causing the predetermined program to invoke a second API different from the first API in a case where the predetermined program runs in the second operating environment, the second acquisition process being a process of acquiring an IP address assigned to an interface associated with the second OS;
• and
• perform a second transmission process in the second information processing apparatus, the second transmission process including transmitting the IP address acquired by the second acquisition process and the scan job to the communication apparatus.
