Generation of communication receipt for a dynamic transcript of an interactive communication

One or more non-transitory computer readable storage media having instructions stored thereupon which, when executed by a server system having at least a processor and a memory therein, cause the server system to perform operations, the operations comprising:

• obtaining communication information associated with an interactive communication;
• generating a first image in a first image format based on an image template and the communication information;
• and
• generating metadata based on the first image, wherein the metadata comprises the communication information and a web resource identifier of a second image in a second image format to display on one or more user devices when a web resource identifier of a dynamic transcript is shared with the one or more user devices;
• wherein the one or more user devices are used to interact with the interactive communication.

A server system, comprising:

• a memory;
• and
• a processor coupled with the memory configured to perform operations comprising:
• obtaining communication information associated with an interactive communication;
• generating a first image in a first image format based on an image template and the communication information;
• and
• generating metadata based on the first image, wherein the metadata comprises the communication information and a web resource identifier of a second image in a second image format to display on one or more user devices when a web resource identifier of a dynamic transcript is shared with the one or more user devices;
• wherein the one or more user devices are used to interact with the interactive communication.
