Abstract
A system includes a processor that is configured to monitor a validity period of a digital certificate and generate, by using a generative AI model, a prompt for instructing acquisition of a new certificate when the validity period is approaching expiration, set an acquired digital certificate in an information processing apparatus and generate, by using the generative AI model, a prompt for instructing execution of procedures necessary to complete an electronic transaction, and analyze an emotional state of a user and generate, by using the generative AI model, a prompt for instructing adjustment of timing and content of a notification based on the emotional state.

A system comprising:
- circuitry configured to:
- obtain validity period information for cryptographic communication authentication information;
- calculate a remaining validity period based on a comparison between the validity period information and current time information;
- generate state information indicating that the remaining validity period is less than or equal to a predetermined threshold;
- generate, using a generative artificial intelligence model, a first prompt sentence that instructs initiation of an update process for the cryptographic communication authentication information based on the state information;
- generate, based on the state information, secret information and signature request information corresponding to the cryptographic communication authentication information;
- transmit the signature request information through a cryptographic communication authentication information issuing communication interface to automatically perform an acquisition request for new cryptographic communication authentication information;
- and
- store the acquired cryptographic communication authentication information as configuration information of a service providing information processing apparatus and update communication control settings of the service providing information processing apparatus to apply the cryptographic communication authentication information.
