Abstract
Embodiments of the invention relates to an electrical circuit comprising: an electrical power source; an electrical load connected between the electrical power source and a reference ground; and at least one transistor connected in parallel with the electrical load between the electrical power source and the reference ground, wherein the transistor comprises a diode arranged in a direction opposite to a current direction in the electrical circuit and a conductive channel, wherein the electrical circuit is configured to: deactivate the conductive channel of the transistor when an absolute value of a voltage difference between the electrical power source and the reference ground is larger than a first threshold value.

An electrical circuit comprising:
- an electrical power source;
- an electrical load connected between the electrical power source and a reference ground;
- and
- at least one transistor connected in parallel with the electrical load between the electrical power source and the reference ground, wherein the transistor comprises a diode arranged in a direction opposite to a current direction in the electrical circuit and a conductive channel, wherein the electrical circuit is configured to:
- deactivate the conductive channel of the transistor when an absolute value of a voltage difference between the electrical power source and the reference ground is larger than a first threshold value.
