Abstract
An electrical connection component includes a wiring and a body portion integrally provided to the wiring. The body portion is fixed to an enclosure as a mounting destination by fastening portions. The body portion includes mounting portions including holes, through which shaft portions of the fastening portions are passed. At least one of the mounting portions doubles as a positioning portion for the enclosure and the body portion.
Claims10
An electrical connection component, comprising:
- a plurality of wirings;
- and
- a body portion integrally provided to the plurality of wirings, the body portion being fixed to an enclosure as a mounting destination by fastening portions,
- the body portion including mounting portions provided with holes, shaft portions of the fastening portions being passed through the holes,
- the plurality of wirings being a plurality of metal flat busbars extending in a height direction of the electrical connection component,
- the body portion including an insulating portion for insulating between the plurality of metal flat busbars and a plate portion made of metal, the plate portion being integrally provided to
- the insulating portion, the plate portion being fixed to the enclosure by the fastening portions, the insulating portion including a flange portion spreading in a plane direction orthogonal to the height direction of the electrical connection component, the flange portion having a flange upper surface, the flange upper surface being an uppermost surface of the insulating portion located highest in the height direction, and
- at least one of the mounting portions doubling as a positioning portion for the enclosure and the body portion provided in the plate portion made of metal and extending outward in the plane direction from the flange portion of the insulating portion.

An electrical connection unit, comprising:
- an electrical connection component including a plurality of wirings and a body portion integrally provided to the plurality of wirings;
- and
- an enclosure, the electrical connection component being fixed to the enclosure by fastening portions,
- the body portion including mounting portions provided with holes, shaft portions of the fastening portions being passed through the holes,
- the plurality of wirings being a plurality of metal flat busbars extending in a height direction of the electrical connection component,
- the body portion including an insulating portion for insulating between the plurality of metal flat busbars and a plate portion made of metal, the plate portion being integrally provided to the insulating portion, the plate portion being fixed to the enclosure by the fastening portions,
- the insulating portion including a flange portion spreading in a plane direction orthogonal to the height direction of the electrical connection component, the flange portion having a flange upper surface, the flange upper surface being an uppermost surface of the insulating portion located highest in the height direction, and
- at least one of the mounting portions doubling as a positioning portion for the enclosure and the body portion provided in the plate portion made of metal and extending outward in the plane direction from the flange portion of the insulating portion.
