Abstract
A system, method and apparatus for capturing a voicer's voice data to illuminate features of their own physiology and produce voice-driven internal imaging. Data encoded within the voice is captured, decoded, modeled and simulated. Using vibrations of a voicer's voice as the input, features of their own physiology are outputted in the format of an internal image, while advancing a voice-network system and method adaptive to dynamic systems.
Claims19
A system for generating, instantiating, or operationalizing an Adaptive Voice-network,
- wherein a Voice-network is a digital representation of a Voice-Physiology, and comprises operational features, functions, and rules (“Attributes”);
- and
- wherein an Adaptive Voice-network comprises an axiomatic and/or geometric system, application, or architecture derived from a Voice-network;
- said generating, instantiating or operationalizing system comprising:
- an identifying component configured to identify or select one or more Attributes of a Voice-network;
- a converting component configured to convert the identified one or more Attributes into one or more Adaptive Voice-network architectures or applications (“AVAA”) by applying one or more state, representational, or structural transformations;
- an integrating component configured to integrate or combine one or more Attributes, and/or said one or more AVAA, with one or more entities comprising data structures, functions, models, simulations, system architectures, or computational architectures (“Entities”) using representations, models, or architectures (“Tools”) to instantiate or improve Entity functions comprising one or more of embedding, linking, learning, parameterization, optimization, inference, integration, control, and generation (“Functions”);
- and
- an operationalizing component configured to instantiate, deploy or apply said integrated Entity Functions to an algorithmic, learning, adaptive, computational, simulated, biomedical, bioengineering, dynamic, inferring, autonomous, robotic, distributed, or agentic system for the purpose of instantiating, supporting or improving properties, behaviors, inference, prediction, coherence, modeling, reasoning, planning, navigation, decision-making, actuation, control, regulation, coordination, optimization, dynamics, or adaptive control;
- wherein said operationalizing component is further configured to update, activate, deploy or reintegrate said integrated Entity Functions by executing one or more computational, control, or signal-processing operations, thus creating a generated, instantiated, or operationalized Adaptive Voice-network and AVAA.
A method for generating, instantiating, or operationalizing an Adaptive Voice-network, the method comprising:
- identifying or selecting one or more features, functions, or rules of a Voice-network (“Attributes”);
- converting the selected Attributes into one or more Adaptive Voice-network architectures or applications (“AVAA”) by applying one or more state, representational, or structural transformations;
- integrating one or more of the selected Attributes and/or said AVAA, with one or more entities comprising data structures, functions, models, simulations, system architectures, or computational architectures (“Entities”), through composition or coupling of representations, models, or architectures (“Tools”), to support embedding, linking, learning, parameterization, optimization, inference, control, generation, interoperability, or multimodal integration (“Functions”);
- and
- operationalizing one or more of the integrated Entity Functions by executing one or more computational, control, or signal-processing operations, to support inference or modeling, control or regulation, actuation, and adaptive or generative system behavior.8. The method of claim 7, wherein the operationalizing step further comprises supporting or improving autonomous, robotic, or agentic system behavior, comprising inference, prediction, coherence, modeling, reasoning, planning, navigation, decision-making, actuation, control, regulation, coordination, optimization, dynamics, or adaptive control.
An apparatus (“Rig”) for capturing, processing, and organizing voice-derived physiological data, the apparatus comprising:
- one or more non-imaging sensor modules configured to detect voice-derived physiological and/or noise data (“Rig Data”) comprising one or more of vibrational, acoustic-elastic, biomechanical, piezoelectric, electrophysiological, electromagnetic, thermal, biochemical, nonlinear optical, second harmonic generation, and stochastic noise signals generated before, during, or after voicing, or during a resting state of a voicer;
- a structural positioning assembly configured to locate said one or more non-imaging sensor modules at one or more craniofacial, cerebral, cervical, thoracic, lumbar, sacral, appendicular, abdominal and pelvic regions (“Regions”) associated with a voicer;
- a signal-acquisition subsystem configured to receive said Rig Data and to generate corresponding signal data;
- and
- a receiving subsystem comprising one or more processors configured to:
- process and organize the signal data;
- and
- structure the signal data into a Voice-network, the Voice-network comprising a representation or search-space that numerically, geometrically, or graphically describes one or more correlative, causal, or physics-informed relationships or potential relationships among voice signals, physiological values and voice-physiology-related data;
- and
- generate a Voice-Physiology and its representation as a Voice-network into a form usable for advancing Voice-Driven Internal Imaging, advancing a Voice-network, or advancing an Adaptive Voice-network, wherein a Voice-network is a digital representation of a Voice-Physiology, and comprises operational features, functions, and rules;
- and wherein an Adaptive Voice-network comprises an axiomatic and/or geometric system, application, or architecture derived from a Voice-network.
