A computer-implemented method, computing device, and computer program product for improving teen driver behavior. A plurality of driving parameters associated with a teen driver are monitored during a driving session via a computing device. An artificial intelligence (AI) engine analyzes the driving parameters to identify a driving risk. The identified driving risk is classified into one of a plurality of risk categories. Based on the classified driving risk, a real-time corrective feedback notification is generated and conveyed to the teen driver via an interface of the computing device to mitigate the driving risk. The driving parameters are synchronized with a cloud-based server to update an adaptive learning model and a mastery score representing driver proficiency. The adaptive learning model identifies personalized training modules for the driver, facilitating a transition from immediate risk mitigation to consistent safe-driving habits through iterative feedback and skill reinforcement.
