Method and system for detecting golf ball

A system for determining whether a target object in a video is a golf ball, the system comprising:

• a primary determination unit configured to perform a primary determination of whether a target object is a golf ball with respect to a first area of a video through an object recognition model;
• a secondary determination unit configured to perform a secondary determination of whether the target object is a golf ball on the basis of a shape of the target object with respect to a second area set on the basis of the target object primarily determined to be a golf ball;
• and
• a final determination unit configured to perform a final determination of whether the target object is a golf ball with reference to results of the primary determination and the secondary determination.

A method for determining whether a target object in a video is a golf ball, the method comprising the steps of:

• performing a primary determination of whether at least one target object included in a video of a specific area photographed by a first camera is a golf ball;
• performing a secondary determination of whether the at least one target object included in a video of the specific area photographed by a second camera is a golf ball;
• and
• performing a final determination of whether the at least one target object is a golf ball with reference to results of the primary determination and the secondary determination,
• wherein the primary determination and the secondary determination are performed through an object recognition model.

A system for determining whether a target object in a video is a golf ball, the system comprising:

• a primary determination unit configured to perform a primary determination of whether at least one target object included in a video of a specific area photographed by a first camera is a golf ball;
• a secondary determination unit configured to perform a secondary determination of whether the at least one target object included in a video of the specific area photographed by a second camera is a golf ball;
• and
• a final determination unit configured to perform a final determination of whether the at least one target object is a golf ball with reference to results of the primary determination and the secondary determination,
• wherein the primary determination and the secondary determination are performed through an object recognition model.
