The present disclosure provides an approach of rendering sensor data into a time series, wherein the sensor data includes one or more features associated with an entity across one or more time windows. The approach compresses the time series across the one or more time windows to a timeframe that is less than the one or more time windows. The approach determines a baseline environment of the one or more features of the sensor data, wherein the baseline environment includes expected performance metrics of the one or more features across the one or more time windows. The approach then detects an anomalous event associated with the one or more features of the sensor data within the time series, wherein the anomalous event includes unexpected performance metrics of the one or more features within the timeframe that deviates from the expected performance of the baseline environment.
