Ai-driven query generation system

A computing system, comprising:

• at least one processing circuit comprising at least one processor and at least one memory, the at least one memory storing instructions thereon that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the at least one processor to:
• obtain first interaction data indicating a set of first interactions of a first user across a plurality of platforms at a first time, wherein the set of first interactions of the first user across the plurality of platforms includes active interactions and passive interactions regarding a plurality of travel preferences;
• generate a user profile indicating the plurality of travel preferences for the first user using the first interaction data;
• generate a first plurality of search suggestions for the first user based on the user profile, the first plurality of search suggestions specific to the first user and generated based at least in part on one or more characteristics of the user profile, generating the first plurality of search suggestions comprising:
• determining that a portion of the first interaction data is related to an upcoming trip for the first user;
• and
• generating the first plurality of search suggestions for the first user based on the user profile and relating to the upcoming trip;
• identify a first plurality of travel items using a selected first search suggestion of the plurality of search suggestions;
• and
• provide, to the first user, the identified first plurality of travel items.

A non-transitory computer-readable medium having computer-executable instructions embodied therein that, when executed by at least one processor of a computing system, cause the computing system to perform operations comprising:

• obtaining interaction data indicating a set of interactions of a first user across a plurality of platforms, wherein the set of interactions of the first user across the plurality of platforms includes active interactions and passive interactions regarding a plurality of travel preferences;
• generating a user profile indicating a plurality of travel preferences for the first user using the interaction data;
• generating a plurality of search suggestions for the first user based on the user profile, the plurality of search suggestions specific to the first user and generated based at least in part on one or more characteristics of the user profile, generating the plurality of search suggestions comprising:
• determining that a portion of the interaction data is related to an upcoming trip for the first user;
• and
• generating the plurality of search suggestions for the first user based on the user profile and relating to the upcoming trip;
• identifying a first plurality of travel items using a selected first search suggestion of the plurality of search suggestions;
• and
• providing, to the first user, the identified first plurality of travel items.
