Heat exchanger

A heat exchanger, comprising:

• a housing with a hollow cylindrical outer wall and a cylinder axis,
• a helical first tube comprising a plurality of turns and a helical axis,
• at least one spacer, and
• at least one cover bar,
• wherein the first tube extends in the housing such that the helical axis coincides with the cylinder axis,
• wherein either
• the at least one cover bar extends elongated in a direction parallel to the cylinder axis, and
• the at least one spacer extends in the direction parallel to the cylinder axis between two of the plurality of turns of the first tube, so that the spacer forms a stop for movement of the two of the plurality of turns of the first tube in the direction of the cylinder axis,
• or
• the heat exchanger comprises a helical second tube with a plurality of turns and a helical axis,
• the cover bar extends elongated in a radial direction perpendicular to the cylinder axis, and
• the at least one spacer extends in the radial direction between one of the multiple turns of the first tube and one of the multiple turns of the second tube so that the spacer forms a stop for movement of one of the plurality of turns of the first tube and one of the plurality of turns of the second tube in the radial direction,
• wherein the at least one spacer is connected to the at least one cover bar in a rotation-proof manner, and
• wherein the at least one spacer and the at least one cover bar are received in the housing in a floating manner at least in the direction parallel to the cylinder axis or in a circumferential direction of the housing relative to the outer wall.
