An accessible repositionable note sheet includes an uncoated paper substrate and a repositionable pressure-sensitive adhesive region. Raised tactile indicia, including Braille indicia in certain embodiments, is formed on a front surface of the uncoated paper by depositing a UV-curable material and curing the material to form tactilely readable raised features. In certain embodiments, the Braille indicia identifies a characteristic of the note sheet itself, such as substrate color, note shape, or a printed graphic, thereby enabling tactile selection among different note sheets. Methods of manufacturing include printing and curing the UV-curable material to form raised Braille dots on uncoated paper and applying a repositionable adhesive region to a back side before or after converting the paper into individual note sheets and optional pads.
