Abstract
In the grain-oriented electrical steel sheet, in a cross section parallel to both a rolling direction and a sheet thickness direction, compressive elastic stress in the rolling direction measured using EBSD has an maximum value of 100 MPa or less; and a region where the compressive elastic stress in the rolling direction introduced is 20 MPa or more is included in a percentage of 50% or more in terms of area fraction with respect to a region where the compressive elastic stress is introduced.
Claims2
A grain-oriented electrical steel sheet, wherein, in a cross section parallel to both a rolling direction and a sheet thickness direction, compressive elastic stress in the rolling direction measured using EBSD has an maximum value of 100 MPa or less;
- and a region where the compressive elastic stress in the rolling direction introduced is 20 MPa or more is included in a percentage of 50% or more in terms of area fraction with respect to a region where the compressive elastic stress is introduced.
A manufacturing method of a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet, the manufacturing method comprising:
- a heating step of heating a steel sheet;
- and
- an irradiation step of irradiating an energy ray to the steel sheet after the heating step, wherein
- in the irradiation step, the irradiation with the energy ray is performed in a state where the steel sheet has a temperature of 200° C. or higher at a surface, and has a temperature of 100° C. or lower at a position 20 μm distant from the surface in a sheet thickness direction.
