Abstract
A thermosetting resin composition, which includes polyurethane-based resin and silica nano-particles, in which the silica nano-particles are included in a content ranging from 1.5 parts by weight to 2.5 parts by weight, based on 100 parts by weight of the polyurethane-based resin, and a method for preparing the same.

A thermosetting resin composition comprising:
- polyurethane-based resin and silica nano-particles,
- wherein the silica nano-particles are included in an amount ranging from 1.5 parts by weight to 2.5 parts by weight, based on 100 parts by weight of the polyurethane-based resin.
A method for preparing thermosetting resin composition, the method comprising:
- vacuum-degassing a thermoplastic polyurethane and a curing agent (S1);
- mixing the vacuum-degassed thermoplastic polyurethane, the vacuum-degassed curing agent, and silica nano-particles to form a mixture (S2);
- and
- vacuum-degassing the mixture (S3),
- wherein the silica nano-particles are included in an amount ranging from 1.5 parts by weight to 2.5 parts by weight, based on 100 parts by weight of the vacuum-degassed thermoplastic polyurethane present in the mixture.
