Abstract
The present disclosure provides zinc finger fusion proteins that inhibit expression of Nav1.7 in the nervous system, and methods of using the proteins to treat pain disorders.
Claims31
A fusion protein comprising a zinc finger protein (ZFP) domain and a transcription repressor domain, wherein the ZFP domain binds to a target sequence of a human SCN9A gene, wherein the target sequence comprises any one of SEQ ID NOs:
- 16-24.
