Abstract
The present disclosure provides methods of producing HIV envelope glycoproteins such as gp145 that provide higher levels of protein production and higher titers compared to current methods. Moreover, the present disclosure provides guanosine microparticles capable of encapsulating and presenting HIV envelope glycoproteins such as gp145 as antigens. These microparticles can be utilized for treatment and/or of HIV in patients in need thereof.
Claims39
