Abstract
The present invention provides a novel compound which is a modifier material useful for modifying rubber, specifically, a polymer including a repeating unit derived from a conjugated diene-based monomer, and a method for preparing the same.

A compound represented by the following Formula 1:
- in Formula 1,
- R1, R3, R5 and R7 to R12 are each independently an alkylene group of 1 to 20 carbon atoms,
- R2, R4 and R6 are each independently a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group of 1 to 20 carbon atoms,
- R13 to R24 are each independently an alkyl group of 1 to 20 carbon atoms, and
- a, b, c, d, e and f are each independently an integer selected from 1 to 3.

A method for preparing a compound represented by the following Formula 1, the method comprising a step of reacting a compound represented by the following Formula 2 and a compound represented by the following Formula 3:
- in Formula 2,
- R25 to R27 are each independently a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group of 1 to 20 carbon atoms, and
- X1 to X3 are each independently a halogen atom,
- in Formula 3,
