Abstract
A niobium fatty acid complex production method produces a niobium fatty acid complex, the method including: a synthesis step of mixing a fatty acid and a niobium compound to synthesize the niobium fatty acid complex at a first temperature; and a concentration step of concentrating the niobium fatty acid complex under reduced pressure at a second temperature higher than the first temperature. A piezoelectric body production method produces a piezoelectric body containing potassium sodium niobate by using a niobium fatty acid complex, a potassium fatty acid complex, and a sodium fatty acid complex.
Claims14
A niobium fatty acid complex production method, comprising:
- a synthesis step of mixing a fatty acid and a niobium compound to synthesize a niobium fatty acid complex at a first temperature;
- and
- a concentration step of concentrating the niobium fatty acid complex under reduced pressure at a second temperature higher than the first temperature.
A piezoelectric body production method, comprising:
- producing a piezoelectric body containing potassium sodium niobate by using a niobium fatty acid complex in which a coordination number of fatty acids coordinated to niobium is 3.0 or more and 5.0 or less, a potassium fatty acid complex, and a sodium fatty acid complex.
