A method of treating a disease associated with the CSF1R kinase signaling pathway, comprising administering to a subject in need thereof a therapeutically effective amount of a compound represented by formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof:
- wherein the disease associated with the CSF1R kinase signaling pathway is a CSF1/CSF1R-dependent cancer or tumor, or a tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs)-enriched tumor.
A method of immunopotentiation comprising administering to a subject in need thereof a therapeutically effective amount of a compound represented by formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof,
