The invention comprises an apparatus and method of use thereof for processing a waste product feedstock, comprising the steps of: converting the waste product feedstock, in a supercritical fluid chamber, into at least: water, carbon monoxide, and molecular hydrogen; moving the water, in a supercritical fluid system output system, from the supercritical fluid chamber to an electrolysis system; maintaining a temperature of the water at greater than one hundred degrees Fahrenheit from a first time of exiting the supercritical fluid chamber to a second time of entering the electrolysis system; and electrochemically converting the water into at least a generated hydrogen gas in the electrolysis system with optional steps of feeding at least a portion of the carbon monoxide and the molecular hydrogen into a Fischer-Tropsch system and generating fuel with the Fischer-Tropsch system.
