Disclosed herein is a device for a tire cover securing system that includes a base, an O-ring, and a cap. Both the base and the cap have an opening. The O-ring is sized to fit the opening in the base. Also disclosed is a tire cover securing system that includes a base, an O-ring, a cover, and a cap. The base has an opening sized to fit the O-ring. The cap attaches to the cover and the base.
