Abstract
An inkjet printing apparatus includes a stage, a support table above the stage and to which a target substrate is fixed, a first mover configured to move the support table in a first-axis direction above the stage, a head unit above the target substrate, configured to eject ink onto a printing area of the target substrate, and configured to set an ejection timing of the ink differently depending on an ejection amount of the ink, and a second mover configured to move the head unit in a second-axis direction.
Claims20
An inkjet printing apparatus comprising:
- a stage;
- a support table above the stage and to which a target substrate is fixed;
- a first mover configured to move the support table in a first-axis direction above the stage;
- a head unit above the target substrate, configured to eject ink onto a printing area of the target substrate, and configured to set an ejection timing of the ink differently depending on an ejection amount of the ink;
- and
- a second mover configured to move the head unit in a second-axis direction.
A method of manufacturing a display module, the method comprising:
- fixing a target substrate to a support table above a stage;
- moving the support table in a first-axis direction above the stage by a first mover;
- placing a head unit, which is configured to eject ink onto a printing area of the target substrate, above the target substrate;
- moving the head unit in a second-axis direction above the target substrate by a second mover;
- determining an ejection amount of the ink and an ejection timing of the ink based on print image data and a position signal;
- and
- ejecting the ink onto the printing area to form a pattern layer.
An electronic device comprising:
- a display module configured to display an image;
- and
- a processor configured to process and provide an image signal to the display module,
- wherein the display module is manufactured by:
- fixing a target substrate to a support table above a stage;
- moving the support table in a first-axis direction above the stage by a first mover;
- placing a head unit that is configured to eject ink onto a printing area of the target substrate above the target substrate;
- moving the head unit in a second-axis direction above the target substrate by a second mover;
- determining an ejection amount of the ink and an ejection timing of the ink based on print image data and a position signal;
- and
- ejecting the ink onto the printing area to form a pattern layer.
