Abstract
A method manufactures a cooler having a cooler structure. The cooler structure includes a plurality of tubes arranged side by side and a first layer. The first layer extends between tubes of the plurality of tubes in a first axial portion of the tubes and connects the tubes to one another. The method includes the steps of: A) positioning, with a positioning device, the tubes arranged side by side in a basin having a powder for powder coating; and B) locally melting, by a laser beam, the powder in the first axial portion of the tubes arranged side by side, thereby forming the first layer from the molten powder.

A method for manufacturing a cooler having a cooler structure, wherein the cooler structure comprises a plurality of tubes arranged side by side and a first layer, wherein the first layer extends between tubes of the plurality of tubes in a first axial portion of the tubes and connects the tubes to one another, the method comprising:
- A) positioning, with a positioning device, the tubes arranged side by side in a basin having a powder for powder coating;
- and
- B) locally melting, by a laser beam, the powder in the first axial portion of the tubes arranged side by side, thereby forming the first layer from the molten powder.
