Abstract
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a porous film and to a porous film produced thereby. More particularly, in addition to first pores formed between lamellar layers of a resin, the invention introduces pore-forming particles during the manufacturing process, and, through a mechanism in which the lamellar layers of the resin are finely separated, forms second pores. As a result, the porous film manufactured by the method of the present invention has a reduced lamellar interlayer distance and improved porosity.
Claims11
A method for manufacturing a porous film, comprising:
- preparing a raw material mixture comprising a crystalline resin and pore-forming particles;
- forming a precursor film by extrusion-molding the raw material mixture;
- uniaxially stretching the precursor film to form a porous film containing the pore-forming particles;
- and
- removing the pore-forming particles remaining in the formed porous film.
