• The isolated human breast milk exosome of claim 1, wherein the isolated human breast milk exosome comprises one or more miRNAs selected from the group consisting of miR-148a-3p, miR-22-3p, miR-125b-5b and miR-6126.

• The isolated human breast milk exosome of claim 1, wherein the isolated human breast milk exosome comprises one or more lipids selected from the group consisting of cholesterol esters, ceramides, triacylglycerides, diacylglycerides, lyso-phospholipids, total phospholipids, alkanyl phospholipids, and alkenyl phospholipids.

• The isolated human breast milk exosome of claim 1, wherein the isolated human breast milk exosome comprises one or more phospholipids selected from the group consisting of sphingomyelins, phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylinositol, and phosphatidylserine.

• The isolated human breast milk exosome of claim 1, wherein the isolated human breast milk exosome has a diameter of 50 to 100 nm.

• The isolated human breast milk exosome of claim 7, wherein the isolated human breast milk exosome has a diameter size of 65 to 75 nm.

• The isolated human breast milk exosome of claim 1, wherein the isolated human breast milk exosome has the same function as exosomes derived from natural human breast milk.

• The isolated human breast milk exosome of claim 1, wherein the isolated human breast milk exosome has the same structure as exosomes derived from natural human breast milk.

• A population of exosomes, wherein the population comprises an isolated human breast milk exosome in which Hypoxia up-regulated protein 1 (HYOU1), Apolipoprotein A-IV (APOA4) and Procollagen-lysine,2-oxoglutarate 5-dioxygenase 1 (PLOD1) are not detected by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.
