Process for manufacturing a powdered food supplement based on liquid essential oils

A process for preparing a powdered food supplement comprising oyster shell powder and at least one essential oil, comprising the following steps:

• a) stirring an oyster shell powder;
• b) spraying at least one essential oil onto the oyster shell powder with stirring;
• c) stirring the mixture obtained at the end of step b);
• d) stirring the mixture obtained at the end of step c) at a pressure above atmospheric pressure;
• e) placing the mixture obtained at the end of step d) at atmospheric pressure, and then adding an anticaking agent and optionally a dry plant extract and stirring;
• f) leaving the product obtained at the end of step e) to stand to obtain the final product.
