A control method of an image processing system including a processor, the control method comprising:

• via the processor,
• acquiring a plurality of first-form images in which each pixel is any one of three channels;
• selecting one image among the plurality of first-form images as a reference image and one or more other images, each of the one or more other images being a composite target image;
• converting the reference image and the composite target image from the first-form image to a second-form image;
• acquiring information on a positional relationship between the reference image and the composite target image based on the second-form image;
• performing registration between the reference image and the composite target image in a first form based on the information on the positional relationship;
• and
• outputting information on imaging control in accordance with a ratio of a pixel region, in which the three channels are aligned, to an entire pixel region.

A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a program that operates an image processing system including a processor, the program causing the processor to execute a process comprising:

• acquiring a plurality of first-form images in which each pixel is any one of three channels;
• selecting one image among the plurality of first-form images as a reference image and one or more other images, each of the one or more other images being a composite target image;
• converting the reference image and the composite target image from the first-form image to a second-form image;
• acquiring information on a positional relationship between the reference image and the composite target image based on the second-form image;
• performing registration between the reference image and the composite target image in a first form based on the information on the positional relationship;
• and
• outputting information on imaging control in accordance with a ratio of a pixel region, in which the three channels are aligned, to an entire pixel region.
