Encoding and decoding method and apparatus, and device thereof

A method for image decoding, comprising:

• decoding a bitstream corresponding to a current picture block to obtain a reconstructed picture block, wherein the reconstructed picture block comprises an initial luma component and an initial chroma component, wherein the initial chroma component comprises a first chroma component and a second chroma component;
• performing Haar wavelet transform on the initial luma component to obtain a Haar wavelet frequency domain feature of the initial luma component;
• performing Haar wavelet transform on the first chroma component to obtain a Haar wavelet frequency domain feature of the first chroma component, and performing Haar wavelet transform on the second chroma component to obtain a Haar wavelet frequency domain feature of the second chroma component;
• based on the Haar wavelet frequency domain feature of the initial luma component and the Haar wavelet frequency domain feature of the first chroma component, adjusting a frequency domain feature of the first chroma component to obtain an adjusted first chroma component;
• and
• based on the Haar wavelet frequency domain feature of the initial luma component and the Haar wavelet frequency domain feature of the second chroma component, adjusting a frequency domain feature of the second chroma component to obtain an adjusted second chroma component.

A method for image encoding, comprising:

• obtaining a reconstructed picture block corresponding to a current picture block, wherein the reconstructed picture block comprises an initial luma component and an initial chroma component, wherein the initial chroma component comprises a first chroma component and a second chroma component;
• performing Haar wavelet transform on the initial luma component to obtain a Haar wavelet frequency domain feature of the initial luma component;
• performing Haar wavelet transform on the first chroma component to obtain a Haar wavelet frequency domain feature of the first chroma component, and performing Haar wavelet transform on the second chroma component to obtain a Haar wavelet frequency domain feature of the second chroma component;
• based on the Haar wavelet frequency domain feature of the initial luma component and the Haar wavelet frequency domain feature of the first chroma component, adjusting a frequency domain feature of the first chroma component to obtain an adjusted first chroma component;
• and
• based on the Haar wavelet frequency domain feature of the initial luma component and the Haar wavelet frequency domain feature of the second chroma component, adjusting a frequency domain feature of the second chroma component to obtain an adjusted second chroma component.

An image decoding device, comprising:

• one or more processors and
• one or more machine-readable storage media, wherein the one or more machine-readable storage media store machine executable instructions that can be executed by the one or more processors;
• and the one or more processors are configured to execute the machine executable instructions to implement a method for image decoding, comprising:
• decoding a bitstream corresponding to a current picture block to obtain a reconstructed picture block, wherein the reconstructed picture block comprises an initial luma component and an initial chroma component, wherein the initial chroma component comprises a first chroma component and a second chroma component;
• performing Haar wavelet transform on the initial luma component to obtain a Haar wavelet frequency domain feature of the initial luma component;
• performing Haar wavelet transform on the first chroma component to obtain a Haar wavelet frequency domain feature of the first chroma component, and performing Haar wavelet transform on the second chroma component to obtain a Haar wavelet frequency domain feature of the second chroma component;
• based on the Haar wavelet frequency domain feature of the initial luma component and the Haar wavelet frequency domain feature of the first chroma component, adjusting a frequency domain feature of the first chroma component to obtain an adjusted first chroma component;
• and
• based on the Haar wavelet frequency domain feature of the initial luma component and the Haar wavelet frequency domain feature of the second chroma component, adjusting a frequency domain feature of the second chroma component to obtain an adjusted second chroma component.
