• by a computer,
• acquiring a content;
• selecting, based on a description of the acquired content, a persona model from among the plurality of persona models, the persona model being a trained model that has learned a relationship between an expression in the content and a reaction of a person having a specific attribute in response to the expression;
• predicting, based on the acquired content and the selected persona model, a reaction to the expression in the acquired content;
• generating, based on a prediction result, an improvement proposal of the expression in the acquired content;
• and
• outputting information regarding the improvement proposal.

A non-transitory recording medium storing a program for causing a computer to execute processing of:

• acquiring a content;
• selecting, based on a description of the acquired content, a persona model from among the plurality of persona models, the persona model being a trained model that has learned a relationship between an expression in the content and a reaction of a person having a specific attribute in response to the expression;
• predicting, based on the acquired content and the selected persona model, a reaction to the expression in the acquired content;
• generating, based on a prediction result, an improvement proposal of the expression in the acquired content;
• and
• outputting information regarding the improvement proposal.
