Abstract

According to one embodiment, an automatic analyzer includes a cell, a plurality of holders, and a temperature-controlled bath. The cell contains a reaction liquid. The plurality of holders hold the cell and includes a housing provided with an insertion hole into which the cell is inserted. The housing includes a groove in which a bottom surface is formed such that an edge of an opening of the cell inserted into the insertion hole protrudes from the bottom surface in which an opening of the insertion hole is formed. The temperature-controlled bath accommodates the plurality of holders such that part of each of the holders is immersed in a temperature-controlled liquid.
