The disclosure provides a method for high-throughput identification of trace organic contaminants in blood based on microsamples, which belongs to the field of biochemistry and analytical chemistry. The method includes: step 1: sample preprocessing: extracting contaminants; step 2: instrumental determination: full-scan analyzing and detecting the preprocessed samples by UPLC-Q-Exactive liquid-mass spectrometry; step 3: sample peaks extraction; step 4: contaminant identification: based on the sample peaks extracted in the step 3, targeting and identifying the organic contaminants by library matching, and/or identifying the organic contaminants not capable of being targeted and identified with molecular network tools. The method of the disclosure requires only a micro-volume (30-100 μL) of blood sample, achieves lower sample volume requirements, higher throughput identification, and higher sensitivity identification to identify organic contaminants in vivo. The disclosure provides a scientific basis for research on the relationship between environmental exposure and human health.
