Abstract
A chain includes: a plurality of first links that are pivotally linked to each other and form a first helical link linkage extending helically; a plurality of second links that are pivotally linked to each other and form a second helical link linkage extending helically; and a plurality of linking members that link the first links and the second links corresponding one to one to the first links, to link the first helical link linkage and the second helical link linkage and form a double helix structure.

A chain comprising:
- a plurality of first links that are pivotally linked to each other and form a first helical link linkage extending helically;
- a plurality of second links that are pivotally linked to each other and form a second helical link linkage extending helically;
- and
- a plurality of linking members that link the first links and the second links corresponding one to one to the first links, to link the first helical link linkage and the second helical link linkage and form a double helix structure.
