This application provides a screw compressor and a refrigeration system including the screw compressor. Specifically, the screw compressor including an economizer. A second muffler reaction chamber is disposed on an economizer pipeline, which connects the economizer and a compressor, at a position close to a first muffler reaction chamber, pressure pulsation in the economizer pipeline is mainly caused by a large pressure difference between a refrigerant gas in a compression chamber and a refrigerant gas in the economizer pipeline, by controlling a distance between the second muffler reaction chamber and the first muffler reaction chamber, after the pressure pulsation transmitted from the compression chamber of the compressor passes through the first muffler reaction chamber and the second muffler reaction chamber, good pressure pulsation attenuation can be achieved, an effective pulsation attenuation frequency range can be greatly widened to adapt to pressure pulsation generated by the compressor under different frequency conditions.
