Abstract
Provided are a microorganism with increased activity of pyruvate dehydrogenase complex dihydrolipoyllysine-residue acetyltransferase, and a method of producing an L-amino acid using the same.
Claims15
An L-amino acid-producing microorganism with increased activity of pyruvate dehydrogenase complex dihydrolipoyllysine-residue acetyltransferase (AceF), as compared to its endogenous activity.
A method of producing an L-amino acid, the method comprising the step of culturing, in a medium, a microorganism with increased activity of pyruvate dehydrogenase complex dihydrolipoyllysine-residue acetyltransferase (AceF), as compared to its endogenous activity.
A composition for producing an L-amino acid, the composition comprising a microorganism with increased activity of pyruvate dehydrogenase complex dihydrolipoyllysine-residue acetyltransferase, as compared to its endogenous activity, a culture of the microorganism, a fermentation product of the microorganism, or a combination of two or more thereof.
