Abstract
A composite fiber-reinforced resin maintaining high strength and elasticity of a fiber-reinforced composite material, and having excellent impact resistance is provided herein. The composite fiber-reinforced resin has a plurality of layers of fiber-reinforced composite material layer and fiber layer, wherein the fiber-reinforced composite material layers are laminated such that adjacent layers have different fiber directions, and the fiber layer is arranged between at least one of the laminated fiber-reinforced composite material layers.

A composite fiber-reinforced resin comprising fiber-reinforced composite material layers consisting of a fiber-reinforced composite material having a certain fiber direction, and a fiber layer consisting of a fiber sheet comprising natural fibers,
- wherein the fiber-reinforced composite material layers consist of at least three layers and are laminated so that the fiber-reinforced composite materials constituting adjacent fiber-reinforced composite material layers have fiber directions different from each other, and
- wherein the fiber layer is arranged between at least one of the laminated fiber-reinforced composite material layers.
