Abstract

The present disclosure relates to polyurethane polymers manufactured by using the hydroxyl functional amide/urethane containing polyol of Formula 1: wherein: R is an alkyl chain of 4 to 44 carbon atoms; R1 is an alkyl chain of 2 to 44 carbon atoms; R2 is an alkyl chain of 1 to 10 carbon atoms; and n has a value from 1 to 10, more particularly from 1 to 7, more particularly from 1 to 4.
