Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a bispecific antigen-targeting protein complex comprising an antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof and an affibody. The bispecific antigen-targeting protein complex of the present disclosure, or a composition comprising the same, can effectively prevent or treat cancer.
Claims21
A bispecific antigen-targeting protein complex comprising:
- a first antigen-targeting domain comprising an antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof;
- and
- a second antigen-targeting domain comprising affibodies bound to the antibody or the antigen-binding fragment thereof.
-23. (canceled)
A method for treating cancer, comprising:
- administering to a subject in need thereof a dual antigen targeting protein complex comprising an EGFR (Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor) or PSMA (Prostate-Specific Membrane Antigen) targeting domain comprising an antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof, and a CD137 targeting domain comprising an affibody bound to the antibody or the antigen-binding fragment thereof.
