Abstract
The present invention provides a waste sorting using air direction control, comprising an image collection unit that collects waste images of waste moving on a conveyor belt; a target object determination unit that determines whether the waste image is the target object to be sorted using an artificial intelligence model; a robot arm that sorts the target object; an apparatus of air redirection that changes the air direction so that the robot arm adsorbs the target object using air suction force or releases the target object using air discharge force; and a robot arm designation unit that designates a robot arm to sort the target object.
Claims15
A waste sorting system using air direction control, comprising:
- an image collection unit for collecting waste images of the waste moving on a conveyor belt;
- a target object determination unit for determining whether the waste image is a target object to be sorted using an artificial intelligence model;
- a robot arm for sorting the target object;
- an apparatus for air redirection for changing the air direction so that the robot arm adsorbs the target object using air suction force or releases the target object using air discharge force;
- and
- a robot arm designation unit for designating a robot arm to sort the target object.
