Defibrillator with removable cover

A defibrillator, comprising:

• a housing, comprising:
• four walls, a dividing layer affixed to each of the four walls creating an electrode enclosure on one side of the dividing layer and a circuit enclosure on the other side of the dividing layer, wherein at least two of the walls comprise at least one groove;
• a bottom surface affixed to the walls opposite the dividing layer of the circuit enclosure;
• and
• a cover removably positioned opposite the dividing layer of the electrode enclosure and covering the electrode enclosure, wherein the cover comprises at least two tabs that each fit within one of the grooves of the walls,
• wherein the housing comprises a size no bigger than 3.6 inches in width, 6.4 inches in height, and 1.6 inches in depth;
• circuitry provided in the circuit enclosure;
• and
• pads provided in the electrode enclosure.
